1. Acceptance
By using any TraceAna product you agree to these terms. If you use TraceAna for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for it.
2. The products

3. Accounts and access
GA4 Insights and VWatch use Google sign-in with an account that has legitimate access to the property or channel. Insight BI and MMP use accounts created by you or your administrator. You are responsible for your credentials, for the users you invite and for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access data or systems without authorisation;
- disrupt the services or place excessive load on them;
- reverse engineer the software, except where the law does not allow this restriction;
- send unlawful, fraudulent or misleading traffic or events (including fake installs) through MMP;
- use YouTube data in breach of the YouTube Terms of Service; or
- resell the services without our written permission.
5. Your data
You keep ownership of your data, including data from your databases, GA4 properties, YouTube channels and apps. We access it only to provide the services, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train machine-learning models. You confirm you have the right to connect the data sources you add and to collect any end-user data you send to MMP.
6. Accuracy and interpretation
Figures come from your sources and from Google’s APIs and depend on how those are configured. Modelled outputs, such as estimated revenue or what-if projections, are labelled as such. Attribution, anomaly detection and recommendations indicate patterns; they do not prove cause. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
7. Availability
The services are provided as available, with no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Features may change, and Google API quotas and availability are outside our control.
8. Third-party services
Google Analytics, YouTube, Google sign-in, the Chrome Web Store, ad-network partners and any optional AI provider are subject to their own terms. TraceAna is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC or YouTube.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraceAna and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
11. Termination
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the software, deleting your account or asking us to, and revoking Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms or where the law requires.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
